I've decided to switch to Helio when my contract with Alltel is up in February and was wondering, if I start out with one type of phone can I switch it to a different one before my contract is up? Or do I have to wait until my 2 year contract is up to switch? Thanks in advance

I want the helio ocean sooo damn bad..but 1 major thing thats stopping me is apparently i have No credit at all so they are charging me 300.00 fee along with the price of ocean.is there anyway around that or anything that i could do so it aint that much?
